Some of the highlights include Lifestyle series Start Me Up (SMU Media), a new classic car show finding overlooked and forgotten vintage cars hidden around the countryside and putting them back on the road; RTE series Frock Finders (Waddell Media) goes behind the scenes of fashion boutiques capturing the difficult task of buying and selling the perfect dress for pivotal moments in our lives.

Riveting and spine-chilling crime series Taken (Eagle Vision) confronts, head-on, the clues that link the stories of over 1000 indigenous woman and girls whom have gone missing or been murdered in Canada.

In historical doc After the Armada (Macha Media), broadcaster Antaine Ó Donnaile follows in the footsteps of shipwrecked Spanish Armada Captain Francisco de Cuéllar. Documentary series Arm Nation (Picture This Productions) focuses on the diverse and passionate men and women who train and "pull" in the fast growing North American sport and one of the world’s oldest sports - arm wrestling.

In his new TV series Born to Cook (Mago Films), quick, charming and ever-so deprecatingly British, Jack Stein explores the food producers in Western Australia. SBS Food Safari returns with its brand-new series Food Safari Water (Kismet Productions) that showcases the great seafood dishes of the world and explores the traditions of catching and preserving fish, shellfish, crustaceans and sea vegetables.
