Former MD of Prospect Cymru Wales, Indus Films and Head of Arts, BBC Wales Paul has 35 years experience working in the television industry.

Gwenda is a experienced TV production and commercial lawyer. Gwenda trained at Richards Butler (now Reed Smith) (which included an MTV secondment), was Senior Legal and Business Affairs Manager for BBC Wales and has been a consultant for S4C and Wiggin LLP. Gwenda has a range of experience in matters relating to TV production and broadcasting.

He has an outstanding track-record in controlling large production teams and multi-million-pound projects. Gareth has worked with all of the main UK broadcasters, managed BBC production departments and forged strong relationships with co-production partners internationally.

Llinos Griffin-Williams

Llinos’s career to date has covered a wide range of production ranging from documentaries to children’s factual, and access-based medicine to business. Credits include the multi-award-winning landmark history ‘The Story of Wales’ with Huw Edwards (BBC), and a string of other highly-acclaimed and Bafta-nominated series.

Steffan Morgan

Steffan Morgan is a historian (PhD) and has worked for nearly 12 years’ developing, directing and producing specialist factual projects having worked previously for major UK producers Tinopolis, Mentorn, ITV and BBC. As Senior Producer, Steffan is a key member of both the production and development team and works across all Wildflame’s factual series.

Connie Fisher

After leaving the bright lights of the West End in 2011, leading lady Connie moved into the world of television and began developing formats, features, and documentary ideas for all major UK broadcasters. A talented presenter Connie is a regular face on BBC 1’s Songs of Praise and is often heard presenting her own show on BBC Radio Wales.

Claire Hill

Claire is a former print journalist and radio producer who has ten years experience in television working across development and production. As a development producer she has worked for the BBC and the indie sector including the TwoFour Group as part of the team winning a range of daytime, access and documentary commissions.

Leona Cowley

Leona has a wealth of experience as a Production Manager and Head of Production working on high profile specialist documentaries being filmed in various exotic and remote locations across the globe. Her experience spans some 25 years working across most programme genres for ITV and a range of indies including Fulmar TV, Indus Films, Tyfyni, Tatu Pictures and now Wildflame Productions.

Michael Davies

Michael has accrued a dozen years of experience in company and programme finance, and production management. As well as the cost control and management of major international projects, his expertise encompasses day-to-day financial transactions, preparation of monthly management accounts, financial strategy and forecasting, liaison with external accountants, and tax and compliance issues.

Esme is well versed at coordinating creative content for the small screen. After self-shooting her first award-winning documentary at 15, the last 10 years of Esme’s career has been dedicated to understanding the production process and supporting a creative vision from development to transmission.

Huw Crowley

Huw Crowley is self-shooting filmmaker and producer. He studied MA History of Political Thought before becoming a specialist producer of factual television. He has helped produce BBC series ' Young, Welsh & Pretty Skint and ‘Before I Kick The Bucket’ - both BBC iPlayer “Top 3” hits. ‘Before I Kick The Bucket’ was chosen as TV “Pick of The Week” in The Guardian & nominated for a Celtic Media Award.

Catrin Jones

A producer/director with a deep respect for her subjects and a keen understanding of the needs of the television audience, Catrin’s career began in Children’s Programmes. Since then, she’s worked on projects ranging from the major pan-European medieval history co-production ‘The Castle Builders’, to ground-breaking science in DNA Cymru.

Celyn has worked on a number of high profile history productions including Time Team, Hidden Killers of the Victorian Home and emotive and award winning ‘The Aberfan Wives Club’ for ITV. A passionate historian and factual producer Celyn worked closely with Steffan Morgan to deliver the double Welsh BAFTA winning Adam Price a Streic y Glowyr (Miner’s Strike) project for S4C.

John Geraint

A recipient of a Royal Television Society award for his Outstanding Contribution to television, Dr John Geraint is a former Head of Production at BBC Wales, Creative Director of Green Bay Media and one the most prominent creative figures in the independent sector. Over the last decade John has overseen the delivery of more than 50 hours of blue-chip documentaries for the global television market.
